Retrieving log in details

To Log In to TLF you need to be a registered member with an active account.

To log in you need a User Name and Password.


Your user name will usually be your first name and surname eg John Smith or johnsmith. It is case sensitive.

Your password will be whatever you set it as when you registered.

You can click the 'Log me on automatically at each visit' box and you wil be able to access TLF in future without the need to input your user name and password each time.

If you can't remember your password click, 'I forgot my password' directly below the password field.
A new screen will open prompting for your user name and email address

Fill these in and a new password will be generated and emailed to you at the email address you entered when you registered.

If you have changed email address since you last logged on, you can contact Admin to reset your password and email address (click the envelope to the right directly below the Admin avatar to send an email)

If you try the above and still have trouble, please email Admin to check your user name and to reset password.
